Combien de temps faut-il pour que ma commande soit expédiée ?

How do I return an item for a refund?
To receive a refund, simply return the item to the original Marshall shipping location within 30 days of purchase. • Please use an insured and traceable courier. • Items must be in ""like-new"" and resalable condition. • You will receive a full refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). • The credit will be posted to the original credit card used within 5 business days.
Warranties
Are Marshall Radio products covered by a warranty?
Yes. Marshall Radio Telemetry provides robust warranties to the original owner against defects in workmanship and materials. • Receivers & PocketlLnks: 3 years on mechanical/moving parts and electronics. • Dog Collars: 3 years • Transmitters: 1 year (Scout), 3 years (Turbo GPS, RT GPS, Micro, RT Plus, RT, PowerMax), and 5 years (Turbo). • Accessories: 1 year (includes rechargeables, desert cases, etc.). Please note: Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, physical abuse, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty is void if a transmitter has been engraved.
How do I request warranty service?
If your item is defective, return the complete unit (transportation prepaid) to Marshall Radio or an authorized Service Center. You can initiate this by filling out the Warranty Service Request form on our Warranties page, which requires your purchase date, serial number, and a description of the issue.
Parts, Services & Repairs
Where can I buy replacement parts for my equipment?
Most parts needed for routine maintenance—such as spare coax cables, replacement lids, tail-springs, antennas, and battery covers—can be found directly on our Accessories page. If you need a specific part not listed online, please call us directly for assistance.
Do you offer maintenance services for older equipment?
Yes, Marshall offers a dedicated Test and Tune service for your Marshall products to ensure your telemetry equipment is running at peak performance.
I am shipping an item for repair from outside the United States. What do I need to know?
Important: When sending items back to us for repair or service from outside the U.S., you must use the customs code HS Code 9801.00.10 – U.S. Goods Returned. Please clearly mark the shipment as “U.S. Goods Returned for Repair” to avoid severe delays or extra customs charges.
