Who is responsible for shipping items in for service?
You will be responsible for shipping your items in for the services.
When will my transmitter service be performed?
Services will not be provided until payment is received.
What happens if my transmitter is not repairable?
If any of the products sent in for services are not repairable you can apply the credit towards any Marshall Radio product within 90 days.
Will I need to pay for return shipment separately?
You will be charged for shipment at checkout for this service so you will not need to pay for shipment of the item(s) when they are ready to be returned.
Can I order additional items along with my service order?
If you want to order additional items with the purchase of these services your additional items will be held until we can send it all back to you together. If you are needing the additional items sooner you will need to place a separate order or you will be charged for these items to be sent separately from your serviced items.
How should I store my transmitter during the off season?
Remove dirt or debris and store your gear in a cool, dry place. Remove batteries before storing, lightly clean contacts with rubbing alcohol, and inspect antennas for kinks or damage. For rechargeable batteries, fully charge before storing.
How soon do I need to send my items in?
Please send your items to us within 3-4 weeks of your purchase date. If we haven't received them by then and have no update from you, your service purchase will be automatically refunded after 4 weeks. If your items arrive after a refund has been issued, we'll contact you to arrange payment for the service.
What do I need to know about shipping internationally?
Label the package as “Bird Training Device” with a specific description of the item(s), and use HS Code 9801.00.10, marked as “U.S. Goods Returned for Repair,” to avoid customs delays.
