Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, firmware, or structural schematics of any product or component.
Use any product design data, dimension models, or technical schematics found on this website to build, modify, or assist a third party in building a competing telemetry device or tracking system.
Reproduce, clone, imitate, or create derivative works of our proprietary hardware architectures.

Accuracy of Product Information: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, features, and technical details of our telemetry equipment as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
Pricing and Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any equipment, product, or frequency tier at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of products.
Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Telemetry equipment utilizes radio frequency spectrums which may be subject to regional, national, or international regulations (such as the Federal Communications Commission [FCC] in the United States or equivalent global entities). It is the sole responsibility of the buyer and user to ensure that their operation of Marshall Radio Telemetry LLC equipment complies with all local licensing requirements, frequency assignments, power limits, and regional legislation. Marshall Radio Telemetry LLC is not responsible for any regulatory violations or legal liabilities incurred by the operator.

Prohibited Uses

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with Marshall Radio Telemetry LLC resides in the state and federal courts located in Davis County or Salt Lake County, Utah.
