Who ships your order

Your contract is with the Marshall entity that ships your order:

Marshall Radio makes every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of payment being accepted.

Out-of-stock items

Marshall Radio will contact you by phone or email with an estimated date of shipment. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund, including any shipping paid.

Where your order ships from and how

Orders for the United States and most other countries ship from our Utah facility by UPS, USPS or FedEx. Orders for the United Kingdom and the European Union ship from our UK facility by Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. Orders for the GCC ship from the UAE by FedEx. Marshall Radio reserves the right to change carriers or upgrade your shipping provided that this does not increase the total transit time of your shipment.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address you supplied or because it was not collected from the carrier, we will refund the price of the goods less the return freight charged to us. If the failure was ours or the carrier’s, we will reship or refund in full.

Import duties and taxes

For orders shipped from the United States to any other country, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any import duty, VAT or customs clearance fee charged by the destination country. These are collected by the carrier before delivery and are not included in our prices. For orders shipped from our UK facility to UK and EU addresses, prices are VAT-inclusive and any import duty is prepaid by Marshall Radio Telemetry to the courier, so nothing further is due on delivery. EU VAT is accounted for at checkout under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS).

For orders delivered within the UAE, prices are VAT-inclusive. For orders shipped from the UAE to addresses in other GCC countries, goods are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid: the recipient is the importer of record, and any import duty, VAT or customs clearance fee will be collected by the courier on collection or delivery. These charges are not included in our prices.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Accepted payment methods and the currency charged depend on where your order ships from:

• United States and all other countries: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, charged in US dollars.
• United Kingdom and European Union: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer, charged in pounds sterling (UK) or euros (EU).
• UAE and GCC: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby and Tamara, charged in UAE dirhams.

Your card issuer may apply a foreign-exchange fee if you pay in a different currency.
